1. Service Description

ALC Test Prep provides AI-powered SAT and ACT practice testing and coaching reports. Our service is operated by AIM Learning Center. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Student accounts are managed by parents/guardians and are intended for students in grades 9-12. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • All purchases are one-time payments (not subscriptions)
  • Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • Tests purchased do not expire

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused tests within 30 days of purchase. Tests that have been started or completed are not refundable. To request a refund, contact support@aimlearningcenter.com.

Test data from completed tests is retained even if a refund is issued — the data belongs to the student.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Redistribute test content or AI coaching reports
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than test preparation

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI coaching reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as educational guidance. They are not guarantees of future test performance. Score projections are estimates based on test-taking patterns and should be considered as one data point in a broader preparation strategy.

7. Test Content

Test questions are designed to approximate the style and difficulty of official SAT and ACT exams. ALC Test Prep is not affiliated with the College Board, ACT Inc., or any official testing organization. “SAT” and “ACT” are registered trademarks of their respective organizations.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student data in compliance with COPPA.

We do not sell student data. We do not use student data for advertising. We do not share student data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all associated data (including student test data) is permanently removed in compliance with our data deletion procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

ALC Test Prep is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to actual test scores that differ from projections.
